1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between AOKI Matcha and the customer.
By placing an order via www.aokimatcha.nl the customer declares that he or she agrees to these conditions.
Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.


2. Products and information

AOKI Matcha takes great care to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and prices.
Variations in colour, odour or packaging may occur, but do not affect the quality of the product.

  • All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT .

  • Business customers (B2B) also pay including VAT and can reclaim this VAT through their own administration.

  • Offers and promotions are valid while stocks last.


3. Order and payment

  • Orders are placed through the website and confirmed by email.

  • Payment must be made in full using the available payment methods.

  • AOKI Matcha reserves the right to refuse orders if it suspects misuse or payment problems.

  • Once payment is completed, the order will be processed and shipped.


4. Delivery

Orders are shipped with PostNL .

Average delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Belgium: 2–3 working days

  • Germany: 2–3 business days

  • France and other EU countries: 2–5 working days

Free shipping:

  • Netherlands: from €50

  • Belgium: from €75

AOKI Matcha is not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will receive a message with the expected delivery time.


5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.

Conditions:

  • Products must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging .

  • Hygiene products (such as opened or used powders) cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Refunds will be made within 7 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

Promotional products and bundles:
For promotions where a free product or extra packaging is provided (such as 1+1 promotions), the right of withdrawal only applies to the complete set .
Partial returns of promotional products (e.g. one pack from a 1+1 set) are not permitted.


6. Warranty and complaints

AOKI Matcha guarantees that the products meet reasonable expectations of quality and shelf life.

  • Complaints about products or delivery can be reported via info@aokimatcha.nl .

  • The customer will receive a substantive response within 5 working days .

  • If a complaint is justified, AOKI Matcha will replace the product or refund the purchase price.


7. Liability

AOKI Matcha is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of its products.
Total liability remains limited to the invoice amount of the order in question.
AOKI Matcha is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.


8. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, transport problems, government measures or natural disasters), AOKI Matcha may temporarily suspend its obligations without the customer being entitled to compensation.


9. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by Dutch law .
Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
