1. Applicability

These payment terms apply to all online payments and transactions via www.aokimatcha.nl .
By placing an order and paying, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment methods

AOKI Matcha accepts the following payment methods through Stripe (Shopify Payments):

iDEAL
Bancontact
Maestro
Visa
MasterCard
American Express (AMEX)
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Shop Pay
UnionPay

All payments are made via a secure (SSL) connection.
AOKI Matcha does not charge any additional transaction fees unless explicitly stated in the payment option.

3. Payment and processing

Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.
Once the payment is successfully completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
In case of failed payment the order will not be processed.
AOKI Matcha reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment problems.

4. B2B orders

Business customers who order via the webshop pay using the same payment methods as consumers.

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT .
Business customers (B2B) also pay including VAT and can later reclaim this VAT through their own VAT administration.
Payment by invoice or deferred payment is only possible after written approval from AOKI Matcha.

5. Refunds and Refunds

In case of cancellation or approved return, the paid amount will be refunded via Stripe (Shopify Payments) .
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on the payment method used and the customer's bank.
If a return is rejected (for example, opened powders or incomplete 1+1 promotions), no refund will be made.

6. Currency and prices

All payments are made in Euro (EUR) .
AOKI Matcha is not liable for any exchange rate differences or additional bank charges for international payments.

7. Security

All payments are processed through Stripe (Shopify Payments) , which complies with international security standards ( PCI-DSS ) and uses SSL encryption .

8. Non-payment and fraud

In case of non-payment or chargeback, AOKI Matcha reserves the right to cancel the order and recover any costs incurred.
Attempts at fraud or abuse will be reported immediately to Stripe and, if necessary, to the appropriate authorities.
