1. Shipping partners

AOKI Matcha ships orders via PostNL (Netherlands & Belgium) and, where applicable, DPD/DHL for other EU countries. All packages are shipped with tracking .

2. Delivery times

Average delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium: 2–3 working days
Germany: 2–3 business days
France & other EU countries: 2–5 working days

During busy periods (such as holidays) delivery times may vary.

Free shipping from €50

Belgium
Shipping costs: €10.50
Free shipping from €75

Germany & France
Shipping costs: €10.50
Free shipping from €90

Other EU countries
Shipping rate: depends on destination

4. Processing of orders

Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends are processed and shipped the next business day.

5. Track & Trace

Each order automatically receives a Track & Trace code by email as soon as the package has been shipped.

6. Incorrect address information

AOKI Matcha is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, it can be reshipped at the standard shipping rate.

7. Not at home / package not collected

If you are not at home, the package may:

be offered again
delivered to neighbors
be taken to a collection point

Unclaimed packages will automatically be returned to AOKI Matcha. If you resend your package, you will be charged the shipping costs again.

8. Damaged or missing products

Damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via info@aokimatcha.nl , with:

clear photos of the product and packaging
your order number

We always resolve this properly with an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

AOKI Matcha ships to various EU countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
