Our matcha is made from the finest, hand-picked tea leaves from East Asia, a region renowned for its superior green tea. The leaves are carefully steamed, dried, and ground into a fine powder using traditional granite mills.

Use & Preparation
How to make the perfect matcha
- Sift 1 gram of matcha (½ teaspoon) into a bowl
- Add 60 ml hot water (80°C, not boiling)
- Beat with a bamboo whisk in an M or W shape until frothy
- Dilute with water or (vegetable) milk to taste.
